I have the sports passes as part of BTTV, and can watch them on my BT youview box.
I can login to the nowTV web portal on a browser and can see my youview box and 5 empty slots, all of my passes etc.
I cannot login to the nowTV app on any other device, Ive tried 3 windows 10 PCs, 2 Android Phones, 2 iPhones, 3 Xbox Ones, 2 Smart TVs, all seem to suggest incorrect username or password...
Any suggestions? The BT youview box logged into the app automatically and shows a username I presume generated by BT. My theory is that they also generated their own authentication/password, which is different to the NowTV web portal.
