Sorry to hear that your are stuck in hospital (get well soon).
If you are receiving this error message when attempting to watch the NowTV App from your iPad then it might have something to do with the hospital wifi network ?
Not familiar with the iPad so unfortunately i can't offer any advice or help sorry.
Hopefully other helpful forum members will come along to your rescue.
The only thing that i could suggest is contacting the NowTV live chat service on the link page below.

Sorry to hear the issues your having, we at the nowtv team hope you get well soon,
couple of questions to check a few things that may help
Are you using wifi/ 3G/4G on the devices?
is the software up to date on both devices
are you using the app or website to stream the pass
Also cna you tell us if you have tried basic Ts steps such as restarting deleting and reinstalling the app.
