Two issues with the iPhone app.

Is there any for subtitles to be on automatically, everytime I want to play a film I have to select them on again, which if I am diping in and out of a film is annoying.

Somtimes the app will just lose your poistion of a film.

I don't own an IPhone or iPad, but i am assuming you have tried forcing captions on your iOS mobile device by following the opposite of these instructions taken from the NOW help article on their website.

 

If so and the instructions below doesn't help, then get in touch with NOW live chat.

 

We're aware of an issue where closed captions are appearing on some iOS devices automatically. To turn subtitles off for all movies and shows on your iPhone or iPad, just follow these steps:

  1. Go to Settings, then General.
  2. Select Accessibility, and then Subtitles and Captioning.
  3. Switch off the Closed Captions + SDH setting.
