Out of curisoity what happens if you play other TV shows with your entertainment pass on your phone, do you get the same error message ?
Are you at home or on holidays abroad ?
Can only suggest the basic stuff like, reboot both your phone and router, delete and re install the nowtv App from your device Apps Store and switch the power off on your router for about 20 minutes if you are connected to the wifi on your home router.
