Subscription

I have paid for a subscription and the money has come out of my account but the app is still asking me to pay?

Hi @Anonymous User 

If using something like your iPhone you could try deleting the NOW App and try a fresh NOW App download from the iPhone Apps Store.

When signing back into the fresh NOW App make sure it's the same login details you use when paying for your TV Membership (just in case you have more than one account and the other account is inactive with no passes on it).
