Still cannot watch any of now tv on android tablet device

Hi, I have not been able to use now to  on my android tablet device for over a week, I have spoken to support with no luck and uninstalled/reinstalled several times with no luck, please help fix this issue.

In the meantime can you please let us know which make and model of Android tablet you're using as well as the Android OS version you're running.
