Still cannot watch any of now tv on android tablet device

Hi, I have not been able to use now to  on my android tablet device for over a week, I have spoken to support with no luck and uninstalled/reinstalled several times with no luck, please help fix this issue.

Just make sure no usernames, emails or any other personal details are not showing.

Can you take a screen shot of your Android screen when the error appears?

Steps listed in the link are as follows:

1. Go to  Settings > Apps
2. Find NOW TV
3. Select clear Data
4. Load NOW TV App
5. Enter Login Details

HI @Anonymous User,

Sorry to hear that this is still ongoing.

Are you in the UK?

If so, can you please ensure:

1. your device isn't rooted
2. any VPN's are switched off
3. your location settings are switched on
4. your location is set to UK

 If that doesn't help, please try the following:

1. Delete the NOW TV app
2. Re install it
3. Load up the NOW TV app and you should be ask if you'd like to receive notifications -  select No

* If you don’t get prompted with the request to receive notifications, try to disable NOW TV Notifications in the settings.

I am in the UK and all is in order relation to no vpn, location on etc, I
also tried removing and reinstalling as per the request, notifications
turned off but it still does not work
