Sports Mobile Plan Not Working

I cancelled my sports now plan last week and was given a two month sports mobile plan which under my account shows expiring on 02 September. But when i am trying to watch a live match today, it says i need a sports mobile plan. Not sure what to do with that

Only 5 channels are available for the mobile membership. Was it one of the channels listed you tried watching?

Im having the same problem after recieving the offer when I want to eat h sky sports premier league which is part of the package it says I need a mobile pass too? Any one know how to resolve this?
