Sound issue

Good evening community,

I have sound issues with my nowTV app on my Samsung TV.

The short advert when I select a film has sound but the film itself is muted!

Have tried logging out and in, unplugging the TV and removing the soundbar but the issue is still there.

The App on my phone works perfectly.

Is there anything, anybody can suggest to help?

Was going to say remove the power plug to your Samsung Smart TV at the mains outlet for 30 secs, but reading your post it seems you have already tried this.

Can only suggest the basic stuff like rebooting your Router and TV at the electrical mains and removing the NowTV App, then re install the App again from your TV's App Store.
