Hello,
Some of my phone apps do not work properly when connected to the WiFi. I have tried to troubleshoot this but nothing seems to work so far. Any helpful suggestions would be most welcome.

First thing I would try is to into your NOW online account and under Pins and Settings change the age rating of your Broadband Buddy.
If that doesn't work go into the webpage settings on the NOW Hub 2 Router and disable IPV 6 (I have put some instructions how to do this on this link thread below).
