Sky sports pass

What is happening regarding the lost months of viewing for football and our paid for sky sports pass. I paid for a 6 month sports pass and we have not watched any football for months and we have lost viewing. What is happening and are we getting FREE VIEWING FOR OUT LOST SERVICE

As this is a mobile pass, how much did you pay for 6 months?  When did it start?  If it is worth it raise a complaint  https://help.nowtv.com/complaints/tv

 

i had one for 5 months, but it was free with a week pass, so didn’t worry.
