I've just signed up for one month of Sky Sports Mobile TV App subscription via Now TV website. I got a confirmation email and the money has been taken.
I then downloaded the Sky Sports Mobile TV App and signed in. When I try to watch any of the four channels I'm told that I need to subscribe. And under ''Manage Subscriptions" in the app there is no record of my subscription. I'm not sure what to do next?
