Sky Sports Mobile Pass hasn't been added to my account!

Yesterday I bought a Sky Sports Day Pass, with four months free mobile pass. Looking at my account today the Mobile Pass hasn't been added?

 

The complains link isn't helpful. I can't contact anyone!

According to the T&C's to this offer it can take up to 10 days for the four months mobile pass to be automatically added to your account (if there is nothing currently showing on your online NowTV account).

Same here.

I bought the same pass with the 4 months Sky Sports mobile offer on December 16th but the mobile pass still has not been added to my account.

Did you get yours eventually?
