I have activated the 5 months sky sports mobile pass but when I try to use the pass, it does not work as it recognises my OnePlus5 which was purchased in the UK as a modified device. The device is not rooted and has never been modified.
After contacting live chat, I have received very unhelpful answers and I am hoping this issue can by resolved by someone in the community.
