Sky Sports Mobile Month Pass

I have bought a Sky Sports Monthly Mobile pass and am trying to use this on my android phone but getting a message that I need a Sky Sports Day, Week or Month Pass to watch on this device.

I have tried signing out and in again and deleting the app etc but to no avail.

I have tried this and it says I own the pass but when I go onto the app it
still isn't registered and I am still unable to view and of the channels I
have subscribed to

What device are you watching on?

Check my account on your smartphone.

I am watching on my android phone and have tried all channels available
including prem football and sky sports action

@Anonymous User have you looked at My Account in the app on your phone? Scroll to the bottom and check who you are signed in as.

Yes I have and it says you do not own a pass even though on the website it
says I own it. I also haven't been able to register any device

Hi, I’ve bought a mobile Sky Sports pass and the pass is not showing on the app even though it does against my account if I log in to the website.
