Sky Mobile Month pass. Not all channels working

I have the sky mobile pass and trying to watch sky sports football but unfortunately some channels work but not others? Why is this??? Is there restrictions on the Mobile pass. I have deleted the app and tried again but nothing.

With a Mobile Sports Pass you are only entitled to five Sky Sports channels which is Premier League, Action, Arena, Racing & News.
