Shows won’t load on nowtv stick.

Is anyone else having any issues with being unable to watch any shows on the now tv app on the smart stick? When I select a show to watch it tries to load, but after a while just returns to the original page. All the other apps such as Netflix work fine. 

Ive searched for updates (it’s fully updated), I’ve restarted the device and checked my network connection (which is also fine). 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

@Anonymous User Yes  , the same is happening with me today, I think it’s a known issue that’s being looked into

Hey,
Pain in the bum isn’t it!?
Now tv are looking into it, there are loads of other people having the same issue. Hopefully it gets sorted soon.
