Did you create a NOW Membership through your Amazon Account ?
Recently NOW gave Amazon customers the option to be charged via Amazon rather than NOW direct.

Are you being directed to Amazon when you open the newly installed NOW App on your iPhone.
Where you pay NOW Membership through NOW ?
if so, maybe try opening the NOW App again and see if you can close the Amazon link or message and go into the My Account settings on the iPhone and sign in using your NOW login details (if you pay NOW directly for the active Memberships you have).
