Hello I was billed 11.99 today for your service which I dont even use I did create an account and activated the free trial ages ago but I cancelled the trial so you should not have taken the money and I would appreciate it if you refund me asap as that money was meant for offer things I logged onto my account and noticed its says I had a cinema pass so I've cancelled it again
