Hi, yesterday I tried to use the sports month pass I have at the moment, via the NOW TV app on my iPhone X but it continually crashed almost immediately after pressing on the app to open it. I was therefore not able to watch the football that I had bought the pass to watch it via, so I would like a refund please. If necessary I have a video of me trying to open the app several times and it crashing immediately, if you need this to verify my claim. Thanks
