To cancel your passes go to the Now TV website with your internet browser and click on My Account > My Passes where you should see the cancel button option.
Once you click on the cancel button, make sure you go through the step by step on screen instructions until you receive the cancellation notification on screen (recommend you also take a screen shot of the cancel notification message).
You should hopefully receive a cancellation email notification from NowTV within 3 hours once you have cancelled your pass.
One question are you still within the 14 day free entertainment trial or has it now expired ?
When you go to My Account > View My Bills does it show the £7.99 entertainment charge on your account ?
