Please re-connect chromecast??

I have been using my NOW TV for about a month now and it works fine. I also have the app installed on my iPhone 6S and again that worked fine until the last few days. I used to be able to search for a movie in the app then beam it to my smart TV and it would start playing on the TV. Now i get the message 'please re-connect chromecast'.

Has anyone else had this and how do I get it fixed. The Now box works fine as a stand alone. it's the app that has lost connection for some reason.

I'm not sure how but somehow you've managed to submit your post within the forums NOW TV 'black' Box Device sub-section!

 

Request to the NOW TV Team Members: In order to aid escalation of this particular issue, and given it's not NOW TV 'black' Box device related, how about moving this topic into the forums dedicated iPhone, iPod, and iPad sub-section please?
