Playback codec decoding error

Hi, trying to watch live TV on Lenovo tablet but after about 5 minutes it will stop and error for playback codec decoder will appear, have deleted and reinstalled app but still get same message.

Can anyone help??

The MX player work around stopped working for me a few days ago also.  My stream with NOWTV has ended but I had a similar issue with my Sky Go app also on my OnePlus8. 

A possible fix is to switch off 'Vibrant Colour Effect' under Settings/Display. Hopefully it will work with NOWTV like with Sky Go.

I am also getting the same message and problem with my Hudl 2. Doesn't appear to be any info in the advice section. Anyone have a solution?

Just seen other posts that Now TV doesnt support Hudl 2 anymore!!!!! V disppointing.
