NowTV app on iPhone casting to Philips Tv does not work, it opens the screen to play the video but just terminates everything time.
TV firmware (android) is up to date.
IPhone & app is up to date.
Both devices have good internet access.

Also noticed by myself and one other Philips Android Smart TV owner on the forum 😠.
Where only the NOW live streams continually to play fine when casting.

Hey @Dan1 - did you get anywhere with this?
I've had numerous chats with the technical team about the issue. With responses of 'your tv isn't compatible' to 'you need a Boost account'. It's odd that it works sometimes but not always.
Pretty useless response, bug still not solved.
We're no longer NOW customers.
