Pass required

I bought a sky sports monthly pass and am trying to watch the football, but keep getting an error saying I need a pass.

 

The pass is on my account so I don't know why this would be.

Same issue here.  Sky sports news works fine but the others don’t. 

 

I have tried signing out if the app & signing back in. Also tried deleting the app and reinstalling. 

 

Happened on Sunday also. Main Event would give the ‘Pass required’ message, but thankfully the SS Football channel worked. 

 

Both not working tonight. 

 

Keen to have this resolved ASAP to make use of the monthly fee. Can someone please advise?

That's exactly the issue I have. I've also tried reinstalling, logging out etc
