Pass required

I purchased the Sky sports mobile pass (monthly) and it shows in my accounts that i have the pass, but everytime i go to select a channel to view on sky sports it says "Pass Required"?

I was immediately suspicious of this 'offer' as a way to glean information from us Now TV subscribers to some unknown 3rd party, so did an exit stage left from their chat room.

I too tied this and got the 'Pass Required' message. Have tried my MAC, iPad and iPhone - all result in the same message.  If it is real then it might be prudent to explain it a little better Sky !!

I really wish I can thumbs down comments as the solution was bloody useless.
