Pass required

I purchased the Sky sports mobile pass (monthly) and it shows in my accounts that i have the pass, but everytime i go to select a channel to view on sky sports it says "Pass Required"?

Can you watch Sky Sports News on the phone?

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.

I have an iphone XR registered my device, bought the Mobile sky sports app, it lets me play skysports news but not sky sports channels, i have deleted app restarted and re loaded app but still no joy.
