This morning I purchased a one month pass for the Sports package for £5.99, to use just on my iPhone. I have a receipt showing the pass is live. When I try to watch something, I get a message saying that I need a pass (which I have). Help please!

Are you watching one of the 5 permitted Sky Sports Channels (read this linked article below) ?

If so, maybe delete the NowTV App and try a fresh download of the App from your phone Apps Store.

Thank you. That explains it. I can’t watch the channels I was hoping to watch. I’ll cancel the pass, but I suppose I will lose the £5.99 I paid only this morning!

You could always jump onto Live chat to see what Now TV staff can do in terms of a "refund" or perhaps a discounted "full month" sports pass, which would give you all the channels.

Have a word with NowTV live chat (use the green chat online button from this link page below).
Explain to them you incorrectly assumed the mobile sports pass covered all eleven Sky Sports channels on your smartphone.
See if they will offer you a refund.
If live chat doesn't work for you, use the web form instead to drop them a message.
