Pass Required error

Hi, 


I keep being given a "Pass Required" message when using the android app, despite having a monthly pass. I was trying to watch Liverpool Vs Arsenal on Sky Sports Football this evening. 

 

I've signed out, deleted the app and signed back in again. Why is this happening?

Hi @HyPe100 

 

Are you using a NowTV Mobile Sports Pass on an Android smartphone (not Android Tablet)  ?

 

If so, you are only entitled to 5 number Sky Sports channels on a mobile pass which is Premier League, Action, Arena, Racing & News.
