I pay for 4 things on now tv i watch it on my ipad when i come to bed why is this messege suddenly appearing “please check you have the right entitlement to view this channel” whats that all about entertainment pass cinema pass kids pass and hayu pass all paid whats going on im not paying for a service im not getting ill just go back to netflix simple as not happy

I have deleted the app, reinstalled & signed back in - it’s working now! I hope this helps 🙂

Is the message showing on everything you watch with your nowtv passes ?
Have you tried switching off the power to your router for about 20 minutes to see if that clears the message.
If that doesn't work, perhaps try signing out of the iPad NowTV App, then remove the NowTV App, then download the NowTV App again from your iPads App Store then re sign back into the App to see if your nowtv passes play.
