There's often been issues with Chinese smartphones in the past due to the security checks that the NOW TV app performs to ensure the integrity of its content, which means you may well find the app refuses to play due to the phone reporting as modified. All you can really do is try it and see if it works, but if it doesn't there's not really anything NOW TV would be able to do to support the issue.
