This is starting to become a common thread, quite a few people seem to be reporting exactly the same problem, I.e. The app used to work and has since stopped (giving me the same error code as mentioned above) has now tv got a further resolution to this as location UK, unistalled/reinstalled and turned off notifications and still nothing?

Can you please try the following:
* If you don’t get prompted with that prompt to receive notifications try to disable NOW TV Notifications in the settings.

@Rich-L I've tried all that, still the same problem!
Still having the same issue, just gets to the point that it says "connecting" then brings up the previous error message.
Getting pretty annoyed with this now, it's not acceptable that it's still an ongoing issue.
Tried all the previously mentioned fixes and nothing has worked.

@Rich-L still no answer to this. I've tried all your suggestions and still nothing works. I can't access through the browser as NowTV recognises that I'm on a tablet and redirects me.
I'm not alone in this, and resolution would be appreciated.
@Karl-F I get the feeling that you guys are just time-wasting - these questions have been asked and answered before:
I don't know what version of NowTV - it's whatever version was out the last time I uninstalled and re-installed it as per the answer I put in the above post. Surely you know what release version is out and is the most current? I will look at it later on when I have my tablet with me as I'm sure you'll use this as another delaying tactic.
Very disappointed that this is such a long outstanding problem - and many of us don't seem to be getting the full service that we are paying for.
