NowTv app not working on Apple phone.

I keep getting the message "Something's not right. Give it a moment, or check nowtv.com/status for updates(0)".
I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, I only have one other device active on my account and I've had this problem for days.
My laptop doesn't support silver light so I can't watch on there either so this whole thing is just getting rather irritating.

As your query is in relation to an iPhone I will move it into that section of our forum.

Can you let me know if your within the UK, not using any VPN'S and your iPhone isn't modified in any way ?

Thanks, my phone isn't modified, nor am I using any vpns that I'm aware of.
I've been staying in France for the past three weeks on holiday, but I've
been unable to use the app since a couple of weeks before I left.

If you are still in France unfortunately you won't be able to use NOW TV @Anonymous User as we only have the licence to broadcast within the UK.

Once you are back on UK soil and if your still having an issue then please get back to us.
