Now tv device change exceeded for the month

Hello There,

 

I am suddenly getting the an error message that I have already used 3 device swaps for the current month. I have been using it on my phone till yesterday and did not do any device swap. I had 6 devices added previously,now when I check there are only 2 devices. something seems to have gone wrong.

Pop over to live chat and explain to them the situation and ask them to reset all your registered devices, then play some NowTV content on up to six devices you want to re-register on your account.
