Now TV app on my android

I payed my monthly bill and every time going to watch I receiving this message:
Device Limit Reached
Sorry, you've already used this months allowance for adding new devices, you'll be able to change again next month. Which happens I don't have any devices that registered. Please fix the problem. Before I don't have any problem at all.

Welcome to the forum. Sounds like you've reached your device limit. If you've watched on four different devices in the past then the device limit rules kick in, where you can now only add one new device a month, even if you delete several.

Have a word with Live Chat, explain what's happened and see if they can sort something out for you so you can watch on your phone.
