Now TV app not working at all

I have just bought the monthly mobile sports pass. I have a Moto G4 Android 7.0 with the latest now TV app installed. Whenever I try and watch live TV on one of the supported sports channels I get, "Viewing stopped. Something's gone wrong. If the problem persists, contact online support team". I can see my pass in my account and I have registered my device. I'll either need to get it working or ask to cancel and try for a refund.

Their Mac player isn't working either - there's a service update about that.

Says sa,e with me on my LG G5. It was okay until tomight. I can cast from the app on the phone but cannot view programmes themselves on the phone. Seems there is a definite technical problem occurred.
