Now TV App not loading

I have used Now TV App on my Lenovo Android device for sometime. Suddenly it's stopped loading and is now useless. I've uninstalled and reinstalled plus clearing any cache data yet nothing. This is my main device for now TV, so without this working I will have to cancel my subscription? Anyone have any ideas?

Did you power cycle the phone between uninstalling and reinstalling?

 

If not, try that, leaving the phone off for two minutes before turning it on again.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.

Hi there, I just tried that and no difference in afraid. But I've just clicked on the menu and selected a programme to watch,t iasks if it wants me to download or take me to the app, I selected take me to the app and the programme loaded and played... I really don't understand why my app off my home screen doesn't work?
