Got a new phone today and was hoping to use the app to watch some TV/Films when staying away from home, the app will load and i can sign in but im unable to play any content.
The player says the device has been modified, it has been taken out of its box and is running stock samsung software so i know it hasnt.
This is a 2019 flagship handset how does it not work!!
