No sound on mobile app

For the last week the sound doesn't work on my Now mobile app when I watch football on my Samsung.

Ive tried deleting and redoenloading teh app etc but nothing works. Any ideas? Otherwise I may as well cancel it. Bit pointless without sound.

@Matt_s it's a known issue at the moment but there are a couple of ways to kick start the sound. Have a read through the linked thread
