HI 

i have paid for the following package:

 

Sky Sports Mobile Month Pass

 

I have registered my new nowtv stock but am unable to register any devices / watch any sport without a message saying I need to buy a new pass. Do I need to activate the package in some way? Help, what do I need to do to get going (view via mobile)

Hi @Anonymous User

You can only watch the nowtv mobile sports pass with your smartphone only, hence the reason why it is asking you to buy a sports pass when attempting to watch any sports channels on the stick.

Make sure that your mobile smartphone NowTV App is logged in with the account details that you used to buy the mobile sports pass.
