New to Now but can't watch anything.

I purchased a 2 month entertainment pack to trial just last week, I'm using the android app but can't watch it at all, everytime I click on a show it looks like it'll let me watch then goes back the now screen. Am I being thick? I thought I could just watch on the mobile app.

You should be able to watch the NOW App from your mobile Apps Store when using an Android smartphone or tablet.

Check your Android mobile settings if something is not effecting watching NOW on the App, such has a VPN or if your display has an option to change the frame rate (either fps or hz) then try a different display fresh rate figure.

 

Also try a fresh NOW App download and before signing into the NOW App under My Account, temporary power down the phone.
