NOW TV on Android
I have used my now tv app on my acer android tablet since I got now tv with no problems.
3 nights ago I tried to watch a program it loaded and just as it was about to start playing I got a message saying now tv had stopped.
after looking online I follwed one suggestion of uninstalling the app and reinstalling but with the same problem.
I have reset my Acer back to factory settings and tried it again and still the same problem.
Any one help

@Anonymous User I've just about given up on this, the responses are erratic and unhelpful, I don't think they particular care that we're not able to use our android tablets for the service.

still not heard anything. Now tv is due for renewal soon so I will be cancelling as I cant use it as I used to be able to.

There's a recent Android update 4.7.1 which should fix this issue for Acer tablets.
Would you guys be able to update to this version and let me know how you get on?

Hi.
Ive deleted and downloaded the app again from Google Play.
It says it is Version 4.7.2 updated on 27th April 2016.
This is still doing the same as the other version.
