Maybe try signing out of the NowTV App on your phone, then delete the App, then go to your phone Apps store and then download & re install the latest NowTV App once again on your mobile.
Then before you sign into the NowTV App on the phone, go to the nowtv website with your internet browser and click on My Account > My Passes to make sure both passes are showing on your account.
Then use the same sign in details that you used to check your passes on the above with the NowTV App on your mobile phone.
