Mobile Sports Issues

I received an email stating that I had 6 months free sports package added to my account but it won’t let me watch anything?

Hi @Anonymous User 

 

Are you attempting to watch one of the five permitted Sky Sports channels with a Mobile Sports Membership which is Premier League, Action, Arena, Racing (Horses) or News ?

 

Does the Mobile Sports Membership shows on your online NOW account and is the same sign in details used on the NOW App on your phone ?

 

I noticed you are using an iPhone and if so does the five permitted Sky Channels listed above just loads with a blank screen ?

Ahh okay that will be it, I was trying to watch the F1 and it looks like that isn’t one of the permitted channels. Thanks 🙂
