If you have a Mobile Sports Membership then you won't be able to watch the game which is on Sky Sports Main Event and Sky Sports Football which isn't one of the five Sky Sports channels covered under your Mobile Membership.
If it's a full Sports Membership you have then perhaps try signing out of the NOW App and log back in again.
