Log-in Error

I am currently using an iPhone that has content filters and I am unable to login. I could turn off the filters but I would then need to readd all the sites that are allowed access. At present my phone will not allow me to login, it says network error on the app and on the site it says "Unable to connect to sign in, please try again later.

Might sound simple, have you tried deleting and reinstalling the app?

I hadn't, but I have now. Same issue.

I've cancelled my account as I've had no way to sort it. When cancelling I gave the reason of tech difficulties and it had a link which went to a page that doesn't work. 🤨
