Hi @Gemma10 

 

Nope you can use your same existing account where you can register a maximum of six devices and are permitted two nowtv streams at the same time on a single account.

 

Unless you are looking at the standalone stick without the bundled voucher passes from the NowTV website, then maybe hold on for another week or so to see what deals crop up with the stick with the included bundled vouchers during the Black Friday / Cyber Monday Sales at the end of this month.

Only Broadband customers can phone, and even then only about broadband issues. You need to get in touch with Live Chat:-

Hi bought now stick with free pass can not get voucher code and signed me in to old email address I had years ago

You signed in with an old address, or it (whatever device you are using) did?

 

If the fields  were autofilled, this will have been your device did that; I guess you could have overridden these values at the time, but too late now.

 

However, the pass should have gone and lived on that account, and should be accessible to you.

 

If you can’t access the old email address any more, then the best thing may be to get onto Live Chat, and ask them to change the email address to your current email, which will put you back in control of your account.

 

And you can also ask them where the pass went.

Hi. I'm useless at forums. I read a reply a moment ago to someone who had requested a link to Live Chat. The person replying said they had posted a comment giving details of how to find Live Chat. I couldn't find that comment. Please can someone post the link again? I suspect I am one of many people who have tried to buy passes after using Tesco Clubcard Deals to add credit to their account. NOWTV told me in the email that they are aware of this problem and that I could talk to someone on Live Chat but they didn't give a direct link. Thanks.
