Hi All,
Just to an update to let you know that our teams have identified an issue with the latest iOS13 release for iPad and iPhone users.
Whats the issue?
Users will be unable to 'discover' their Chromescast device, and will therefore not be able to cast to it.
When will it be fixed?
We've identified a fix and have scheduled a fix to be implemented on the 30/09.
Our other devices affected?
Android customers and iOS users on previous versions will not be affected.
We apologise in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.
