Welcome to the forum. Are you trying to watch on an iPhone/iPad? If so you need to download the NOW TV app from the App Store and use that to watch, it won't work in the browser. 

NOW are looking for users to join their Customer Feedback Group and help improve the service. If you're interested read more here and sign up.

Are you trying to watch NOW on your iPad ?

 

If so, you don't use your internet browser and need to download the NOW App from your IPad Apps Store.
