I have not used my iPad to watch Now TV since November but wanted to view something yesterday. The app came up with a message that I have no devices slots available so could not watch. Checked my account and the iPad is listed as an available device.
Any clues as to what’s going on?
@nowswaish Sometimes, when an iPad gets a software update, it is seen as a new device. So the listing you’re seeing in your devices is your”old” iPad (even though it’s the same one). If you still have a device swap available this month, try deleting the iPad and re-applying it.
